1. Choose how many pets you would like in your drawing.
2. Add the photos of the pets/people you would like drawn by uploading them below. (if you have any problems with this you can email them to orders@paintedpawsuk.com along with your order number) 
3. Choose your delivery method. 

Our artwork takes between 10 and 12 days to complete*, you will then receive an email preview from our email address (orders@paintedpawsuk.com ). Once you approved the drawing we then send the artwork on whatever method you chose. Here are the times for each delivery method 

Email - Instant (after original 10 to 12 days*) 

Canvases & Framed Prints - 3 to 5 business days shipping via My Hermes where possible and if not Royal Mail. 

Mugs & Keyrings - 3 -5 business days to arrive

* please note that during busier periods your artwork may take longer 

With personalised artwork we have a strict no refund/return policy, this is because your item cannot be restocked and resold. However if for whatever reason you are unhappy with your order simply reply back to your preview email with the changes you’d like to be made and we will do it! FREE OF CHARGE. This is why the preview stage is so important if you approve your artwork at this stage and we send a Canvas/ Framed Print there is no way it can be edited after this point. 

Once your artwork has been approved we ship within 24-48 hours (Mon to Fri), please take this into consideration with expected delivery times. The canvases * framed prints will be shipped and delivered within the 3 to 5 business days. On the 5th business day if your canvas or framed print hasn't arrived please email and we can chase up it up for you.

If you would like to express your shipping at this point you can pay £7 extra and have it delivered within 1-2 business days.

Damages to canvases and Framed prints in the post will result in us sending a replacement free of charge. 

If after a couple of hours you decided you don't want the portrait you can cancel your order providing our artist hasn't started work. To find this out its best to message us on our Facebook page as this has the quickest response.
